I took this on my first full day working at the Fiona Stanley hospital. The radar showed a nasty storm cell approaching and my car was on the top of the multi storey car park. I went to move it in case there was hail and was met with this view. An epic cloud, otherworldly, tinged with orange and glowing green. Green may means ice particles but fortunately the hail stayed in the cloud!
Working at such a hospital is a once in a career opportunity and I’m grateful for this chance. Everything is shiny, new, exciting, and we will develop a fantastic service for our patients. It’s not without its problems though, with sterile services failing, phone black spots, helicopter dramas….
